Primo Destinations introduced a new concept for luxury vacation rental property management franchising


GRAYTON BEACH, FLA. - Primo has developed a vacation rental management company franchise system, where franchisees handle local property management and are supported by Primo Destinations centralized technology, marketing and reservation management, not unlike most hospitality company franchises.
Primo's intention is to create a national vacation rental company serving the top 100 luxury rental markets in North America. The vacation rental market in North America is estimated to exceed $8 billion by Statista, one of the world's largest statistics portals, and is forecast to continue to grow by 9.8% per year through 2020. Luxury rental market growth is being fueled by individual investors purchasing second homes in vacation destinations.
