BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA—Viceroy Hotel Group has been selected by South America real estate firm Gnvgroup to brand and manage a hotel for Madero Harbour, a mixed-use development project here that Gnvgroup is bringing out of the ground.
The Viceroy Buenos Aires, with 125 guestrooms and 30 residences, is expected to open in 2019. Among planned amenities, it will feature a signature restaurant, bar and lounge, pool and spa.
The hotel will be designed by architect Carlos Ott and will anchor the upscale urban planned community in the Puerto Madero district.
