BookLogic adds Google Hotel Ads to direct sale programme to drive more bookings for hotels

BookLogic has integrated the Google Hotel Ads Platform to its channel distribution and marketing programme manager to increase direct sales for its hotel customers.

The growing hotel distribution and marketing management company is focusing on developing direct sale technologies and connectivity to provide hotels with greater control over distribution and pricing. Google Hotel Ads allow guests to book directly on the hotel property’s website, enabling the hotel to own the relationship from the point of search.

Google Maps and across all devices, connecting travelers to the hotel property’s website so they can book with the hotel directly. Hotels only pay when the ad leads to a click through to the hotel reservation page.

BookLogic is developing its service and offering to give hotels greater control to focus on the bottom line.  Google Hotel Ads offers the ability for hotels to set flexible rates and also special rates  available only to a defined group, for example, people who are signed in to their Google Account or on a mobile device.

“Consumers are going to Google to begin their holiday and travel research, and this is an optimum time for hoteliers to grab the attention of potential guests,” said Oral Yigitkus, CEO, BookLogic. “By improving the visibility of their own website, hotels are better poised to capture the booking while also developing customer databases for future bookings. We are integrating these technologies into our existing systems to make it easier for hotels to manage OTAs, metasearch channels as well as marketing programmes to control budget, rate-setting and distribution. It’s an exciting time for revenue managers.”

“We’re excited to work with BookLogic to integrate Google Hotel Ads, making it easy for all hoteliers – including small to medium chains and independent hotels in Turkey and the Middle East – to connect directly with travellers on Google Search and Google Maps,” Sher Khan, Business Leader for Google Travel Vertical Search, EMEA.

Hotels subscribed to BookLogic’s technology and services will benefit from full integration with booking engines’ CRS. BookLogic customers simply need to request to add the channel to its existing sales channels and sign up for the Google Hotel Ads programme.
